When conducting employee surveys, confidentiality is an important prerequisite for employees to give their employer open and honest feedback during a survey. The client only receives aggregated results that do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individual employees.

Reliable and transparent data protection and the highest possible level of data security are extremely important to us. We follow the data protection guidelines of the GDPR, which are stricter than the Swiss guidelines in most points. Our employees receive regular compliance training and have their data protection activities checked. We have concluded contracts with all partners that also guarantee compliance with data protection requirements.

As an international provider, we offer our questionnaire in more than 50 languages, with more being added on an ongoing basis.

You can add both closed and open questions to the questionnaire.

Employees without an email address will receive a letter with a personal login and password. This allows them to log in using a private device or a computer provided and fill out the survey online.
