What is the certification process?

Survey
The first step involves surveying your employees and completing a short questionnaire about your workforce. Fill in a short questionnaire about your workplace culture and workforce.

Presentation of results
An experienced culture coach discusses the results of the employee survey with you, including internal and external benchmarks. This way, strengths and areas for development can be identified.

Certification
If 65% of your employees are satisfied with you as an employer, you will be certified as a Great Place To Work. Afterwards it’s time to celebrate internally and communicate externally!
